Study Room Checkout

Use of these rooms is intended to foster collaboration and allow students space to work on group projects or practice presentations. Students looking for individual quiet study space are encouraged to look for a spot on the main floor.

Access to the study rooms is on a first come, first serve basis and students will be able to check them out for a 3-hour period. One 2-hour renewal may be allowed if there is no one on the study room wait list. If all study rooms are occupied, you may put your name on a wait list for the next available room. When you add your name to the wait list you will be told when the next room will become available. Please return to the User Services desk within 10 minutes of that time or your name will be removed from the wait list.

When using the rooms please be considerate of other library users and keep talking at conversational levels. The library is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the study rooms. The student who checks out the room assumes responsibility for the conduct of all group members and the condition of the room.
